EASY PUNCH 
3 oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 3/4 c. sugar
46 oz. can pineapple juice
1 1/3 c. bottled lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. almond extract
7 1/3 c. water

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add sugar. Stir to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Chill until ready to serve.

This was a great recipe for my daughter's graduation party. Was very easy to make ahead. I doubled the recipe and sliced one each of lemon, lime & orange to make an ice ring for when we served in. It was a big hit. I found this recipe in other places, but none of them had the extract ingredients. I think that made a big difference.
