EASY SHERBET PUNCH 
1/2 gallon sherbet, almost any flavor
2 - 3 large cans pineapple juice
2 - 3 lg. bottles 7-Up, ginger ale, or Squirt

Put sherbet in large punch bowl, pour juice on top and let set to soften a little. When ready to serve, pour the bottles of pop over top. Other kinds and colors of fruit juice will do fine -- apricot, orange, whatever, and you can change the color with Kool Aid.
