CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Fine bread crumbs
Flour

Mix crab meat, salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Form into cakes and roll in bread crumbs and flour and then dip in egg. Fry in deep fat. Serve with tartar sauce.
