1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, dry milk
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding, low-fat
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed fine

Put 1/2 cookie crumbs in bottom of large dish. Also use only 2/3 whip cream in filling and put the other on top. Mix all other ingredients together and spread on crumbs. Add layer of remaining whip cream and top with remaining cookie crumbs.
