1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lg. pkg. Oreos
3 c. milk

Finely chop Oreos in food processor. Line dish lightly with part of Oreos. Make pudding according to package, using milk and pudding. Add cream cheese and Cool Whip. Pour into dish and cover top with the rest of the Oreos. Decorate with flowers or "gummy worms."
