VENUS DE MILO MINESTRONE SOUP | |
2 qts. water 1 lb. hamburger 1 sm. onion 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 c. Orzo 1 (1 lb.) can peeled tomatoes 1 lg. can Veg-All 1/4 tsp. crushed pepper 1 can onion soup 1 sm. can tomato paste Use 4 quart pan. Boil water and add all ingredients, except Orzo, Veg-All, and onion soup. Boil approximately 20 minutes. Check that celery and onion are cooked. Add Orzo, Veg-All, and onion soup. Season to taste (salt). Lower heat and cook 10 more minutes until Orzo is puffy. Stir occasionally. |
