VENUS DE MILO SOUP 
1 lb. extra lean hamburg
1 c. cut-up celery
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (14 oz.) canned stewed tomatoes
1 lg. (16 or 20 oz.) pkg. frozen Newton Acres mixed vegetables
1 lg. (64 oz.) can or 4 (13 oz.) cans College Inn chicken broth
1 c. orzo, cooked separate

Saute hamburg and celery. Add Lipton soup mix to 1 quart of water. Add chicken broth. Cook 15 minutes. Add frozen mixed vegetables and canned stewed tomatoes, cut up tomatoes. Cook 20 minutes. Add cooked orzo, simmer a few minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
