VENUS DE MILO MINESTRONE SOUP | |
1 lb. lean hamburger 46 oz. can College Inn Chicken Broth 3/4 qt. water 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix 2 celery stalks, sliced 16 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes 20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables 3/4 c. Orzo or other sm. pasta Parmesan cheese Brown hamburger in large pot. Add and then boil first 5 ingredients 20 minutes. Add tomatoes cut into pieces and vegetables and boil 15 minutes. Add pasta and boil unitl pasta is cooked. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top when served. |
