PORK CHOPS CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
3 c. rice, cooked
1 1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
2 c. canned tomatoes

Brown chops in hot fat. Line greased baking dish with the cooked rice. Mix other ingredients together and pour over rice. Put chops on top. Cook until done in moderate oven.
