PORK CHOPS AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
6 pork chops
1 can mushroom soup

In an oiled casserole place alternate layers of potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Season chops also and place on top of potatoes. Spread undiluted soup over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered, then uncover and bake 30 minutes more. 6 servings.
