SPINACH QUICHE 
2 frozen pie crusts
1 pkg. frozen spinach, uncooked, drained
6 eggs
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Drain spinach in a colander. Run hot water over it. Drain. Mix spinach with 6 eggs in a bowl, add 4 ounces of Mozzarella cheese and mix. Add nutmeg. Pour 1/2 of mixture into each pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Quiche can be frozen and microwaved.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
