SHRIMP SALAD IN AVOCADO HALVES 
1 1/8 lbs. cooked shrimp (1 1/2 c.), cut in pieces
1 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. French dressing
2 avocados, cut in half, rubbed with lemon juice and salt

Combine all ingredients and fill prepared avocados; garnish as desired (thin twist of lemon, parsley, whole shrimp). Serves 4.
