TEXAS CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. Old Mill cornbread mix (or other whole grain mix)
1/4 c. diced green chilies
1/4 c. corn kernels
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder

Follow directions for cornbread, omitting egg yolk (add 2 tablespoons water if dry). Mix in remaining ingredients. Bake in non-stick, sprayed bakeware. Serves 6.
