STRAWBERRIES IN AMARETTO 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
4 egg whites
1 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. Amaretto

Blend and chill ingredients 3 hours or overnight. Clean fresh strawberries leaving whole or cut in half. Sprinkle generously with Amaretto and lightly with powdered sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Mix the strawberries with the sauce before serving. Serve in sherbet glasses. You may also sprinkle with toasted almonds.
