BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
STEP 1:

2 bunches broccoli, cut into single stalks
1 head cauliflower, cut into single heads
2 stalks celery, diced into bite-size pieces
1 sm. purple onion, sliced

STEP 2:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. coarse pepper
1 c. oil (corn oil)
1/4 to 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. basil
1 c. white vinegar

Blend in blender. Pour over step 1 and marinate overnight.

STEP 3:

Add sliced cucumber and tomatoes just before serving. Use as many as you like.
