RIGATONI SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 mild or hot Italian sausages
3 c. uncooked rigatoni
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Cook sausage well and slice. Cook rigatoni to desired firmness. Layer all ingredients in order given, two times. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees and serve hot.
