BAKED APPLES IN A BLANKET 
4 cooking apples, washed and cored
2 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
3 or 4 tbsp. cinnamon
Pie crust

Fill each cored apple with sugar, raisins, and cinnamon. Roll pie crust and place around each apple. Place in a baking dish with 2 cups of water, sugar, and cinnamon. Baste until cooked.
