3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Put 1/2 batter in large greased 9x13 pan. Top with 4 sliced apples. On top of apples put 1 can of cherry pie filling. Put rest of batter over all filling. Sprinkle on top some nuts with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour. Serve with whip cream.
