"YAKAMIS" (JAPANESE DISH) | |
1 c. Minute rice 1 lb. ground beef 7 or 8 carrots (desired amount), shredded 1/4-1/2 head cabbage (desired amount), shredded 1/4 onion, to taste, diced 3 eggs 1/2 c. milk Cook rice, first, use 1 cup cooked. Brown meat and drain. Cook vegetables in plenty of water. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper to taste. Cook about 15 minutes on medium heat (don't over cook to soggy point). Mix vegetables with meat. Beat 3 eggs and 1/2 cup milk together. Stir in eggs with meat and vegetables. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until eggs are cooked dry. Mix in rice. Serve hot over chow mein noodles with soy sauce. |
