JAPANESE SALAD 
1 boiled and cubed chicken breast or turkey meat
1/2 head med. cabbage, chopped sm.
4 sm. green onions (tops and all, cut sm.)
1/2 c. raw slivered almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles, oriental flavor (uncooked)

Toast almonds in frying pan until very brown, add sesame seeds and brown a little longer. Set aside to cool. Crush noodles in packages. Then reserve flavor packets for dressing. (Use low heat to toast almonds.)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. seasoned Maraken Rice Vinegar (found in oriental food sections)
1 tbsp. sugar or 1 env. artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. MSG
