JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD | |
3 to 4 cooked chicken breasts, slivered 2 to 3 med. heads lettuce, broken or chopped 1/4 c. poppy seeds 4 to 6 scallions, chopped 2 pkgs. blanched, slivered almonds 1 (6 oz.) can chow mein noodles Don't add poppy seeds, scallions, almonds or chow mein noodles until right before tossing with dressing. DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. salad bar oil Mix all ingredients together in blender. Pour over salad at time of eating. |
