FRIED RICE (JAPANESE) 
2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
2 stalks green onions
4 pieces ham (or chicken, shrimp, or sausage)
Optional: green pepper, carrots, peas
4 tbsp. salad oil
Chinese seasoning (sub, seasoning salt)
Salt
Pepper
Soy sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon salad oil in frying pan. Fry beaten eggs with dash of salt and make scrambled eggs. Remove from pan. Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Fry green onion and ham. Add salt and pepper. Remove from pan.

Heat 2 teaspoons oil. Fry rice then add above cooked food. Sprinkle 7 to 8 dashes of Chinese seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste, 5 to 6 drops of soy sauce to make a good flavor. Mix well.

Now this is what I call Japanese Fried Rice!!! I use butter instead of salad oil and I add condensed Chicken Broth from Knorrs.
