PUMPKIN PIE DESSERT SQUARES | |
CRUST: 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup) 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened 1 egg FILLING: 1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix 2 eggs 2/3 cup milk TOPPING: 1 cup reserved cake mix 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cake mix (except for 1 cup), butter and egg. Press into greased 9x13-inch cake pan. Prepare filling by combining pumpkin pie mix, eggs and milk until smooth. Pour over crust. Prepare topping by combining reserved cake mix and remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. |
