RHUBARB SALAD | |
3 c. fresh rhubarb 1/3 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin 1/2 c. seedless grapes 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. cold water 1 tsp. grated lemon rind Make syrup of sugar and water, add rhubarb and cook 4 minutes. Add package of strawberry gelatin and dissolve. Add grapes, chopped celery, cold water and lemon rind. Pour into molds and allow to congeal. |
