POTATO AND HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
4 or 5 med. sized potatoes
1 can vegetable soup
1 can mushroom soup

Brown hamburger and onion, season with salt and pepper. Peel and slice potatoes. Add 1/3 can water to vegetable soup. Alternately place in greased casserole layer of potatoes, vegetable soup and hamburger. Repeat until you have used up ingredients. Then add 1/3 can water to mushroom soup and pour over ingredients in casserole. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
