HAMBURG - POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 can tomato soup + 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1/2 can milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. onions, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
3 potatoes, sliced

Brown hamburger; drain off excess fat. Season meat. Spread meat in casserole dish. Spread raw onion, celery and green pepper over meat.

Combine tomato soup with water; mix well and pour over meat. Place thinly sliced potatoes over mixture in casserole. Combine mushroom soup and milk and pour over potato layer.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour until potatoes test as tender. If a browned top is desired, cook uncovered for the last 20 minutes.
