SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 chopped green pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 box Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
1 c. rice
4 1/2 c. water

Brown sausage, onion, pepper and celery until tender and done. Drain off grease. Boil soup mix, rice and water for 7 minutes. Mix all together and pour in greased casserole. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
