CREAMY CHEESE POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, cooked with 2-3 bay leaves
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix cheese, soup, sour cream, onion and salt and pepper. Place thinly sliced potatoes in greased casserole dish and spread with sauce and cover with buttered bread or cracker crumbs. 350 degrees, 1 hour.

Serves 6-8.
