GLAZED LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

Blend dry ingredients, cut in butter. Bake in 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan for 15 minutes in 325 degree oven.

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind

Blend together, spread over baked layer. Return to oven for 25 minutes. Cool. Then frost with glaze.

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. melted butter

Blend above ingredients and frost.
