LEMON GLAZE CAKE | |
2 boxes yellow Jiffy cake mix or 1 reg. cake mix 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding 4 eggs 3/4 c. water 3/4 c. Mazola oil Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a greased and floured pan or 50-60 minutes in a Bundt pan. While cake is baking prepare: 2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. water 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice Take cake from oven. Punch holes in top with a fork. Pour glaze over hot cake. |
