FRIED TURKEY 
1 farm fresh turkey
1/4 c. Accent
1/4 c. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. black pepper
1/4 c. garlic salt
Liquid crab boil concentrate
5 gallons peanut oil

Combine all seasonings. Rinse turkey well in cold water; pat dry. Every 2 or so inches inject a solution of diluted crab boil into turkey (1 part crab boil to 4 parts water) using about 6 filled syringes. Heat oil to boil about 375 degrees. Put turkey in for about 3 minutes per pound.
