LITTLE FRUIT CAKES 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. granulated sugar

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

2 eggs, slightly beaten
Cooled pineapple mixture
1 tsp. vanilla

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mix well.

1 lb. cut up Maraschino cherries
2 lb. cut up dates
3 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Bake in tiny paper-lined cupcake tins for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
