CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix gently and top with buttered bread crumbs or potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
