CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
8 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter
1 sm. pkg. sliced almonds

Bake chicken at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or boil until tender. Remove skin and debone. Break meat apart and place in 9"x13" baking pan. Mix together sour cream and chicken soup. pour over chicken. Crush 1 package from box of Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over soup mix. Melt 2 sticks butter and pour over crackers. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
