STUFFED ANGEL FOOD CAKE | |
1 angel food cake, baked & cooled 1/2 pt. whipped cream Sliced toasted pecans Maraschino cherries, drained Pineapple chunks, drained Small marshmallows Coconut, optional Turn out cake and carefully slice 1 inch off top. With 2 forks, carefully pull out center of cake in little pieces, leaving sides and center about 1 inch thick. Add little cake pieces to remaining ingredients. Lightly pack into cake shell and replace top. Ice with 1 pint whipped cream to cover. |
