GRANDMA'S ANGEL DELIGHT 
1 box Duncan Hines angel food cake mix, baked
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips, melted
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. mint extract (opt.)

Mix thoroughly and chill. Take 4 egg whites and beat stiff. Fold chocolate mixture into egg white slowly. Fold 8 ounces Cool Whip into mixture. Take cake and break into pieces, put back into pan. Put chocolate mixture over cake, make 2 layers, top with nuts. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Can be frozen.
