ANGEL FOOD DELIGHT 
1 (20 oz.) angel food cake, broken in pieces
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. jello (lime, cherry, orange)
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 pkg. frozen blueberries
2 cans mandarin oranges

Empty each jello in a separate bowl. Break up angel food cake in sections, dredging one section in lime jello, another in cherry and another in orange. Place dredged lime angel food pieces in bottom of an angel food cake pan and add 2 packages strawberries. Next, add softened ice cream.

Next cherry dredged angel food cake, blueberries and ice cream. Follow with orange dredged angel food cake, mandarin oranges and ice cream. Cover with foil and place in freezer. To serve, remove from freezer; let stand at room temperature for a few minutes and turn upside down on serving tray.
