STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 egg whites
1/2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed

Mix with mixer, dry cake mix, dry Jello, water, and oil. Beat until smooth. Add egg whites, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add the strawberries last. Fill 2 lined (greased with a layer of wax paper) 8-inch cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or when cake springs back when touched. Put on icing.

ICING:

1/2 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter

Absolutely wonderful! I made these as cupcakes, and when I took the lid off the container, the scent of strawberry swept me away. Delicious. Only change - baked it almost 40 minutes.
