STRAWBERRY POUND CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 4 eggs 3 oz. box strawberry Jello 1 c. cooking oil 1 pt. frozen strawberries, thaw, drain and save juice, mashed Put cake mix, Jello, eggs, oil, and berries in mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Cook well in floured tube pan 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let cool in pan. GLAZE FOR CAKE: 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. melted butter Add small amount of strawberry juice, enough to spread on cake. |
