CHEESY POTATOES 
13 oz. low fat milk (or evaporated)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. butter
2 lb. frozen hash browns
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat milk, cheese and butter until melted. Spread slightly thawed potatoes in 9 x 13 inch pan that has been greased or sprayed well. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Do not mix or stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup to 1 cup grated cheddar cheese over top of potatoes and return to oven for 15 minutes longer. Do not cover.
