OVEN-BAKED CORNED BEEF 
1 pkg. corned beef
1 tbsp. pickling spice
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 whole orange, sliced
1/4 c. water

Soak corned beef for 1/2 hour in cold water; pat dry. Place on large sheet of aluminum foil. On top of corned beef add above ingredients. Seal foil tightly. Bake at 400 degrees for about 4 hours or until tender. If desired, about 1 hour before done, open foil. Add potatoes and cabbage. Re-seal foil tightly.
