CORNED BEEF OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corned beef
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. instant minced onion

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Tear corned beef into small pieces and put into egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches or 8x8x2 inches. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown. 4 to 6 servings.
