BANANA CREAM CHEESE STREUSEL
CAKE
 
BATTER:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3-4 bananas
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl cream butter. Add cake ingredients in order given. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan.

STREUSEL:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour

Mix streusel ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool cake until warm.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box 10-X sugar

Blend frosting ingredients well (can be thinned with milk if desired). Spread over cake.
