STRAWBERRY STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
1/2 c. chopped strawberries
1/2 c. strawberry cream cheese (softened)
8 slices bread
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk

Preheat lightly greased skillet. Combine strawberries and cream cheese in a small bowl. Spread 1/4 cup mixture on 4 slices of bread. Top with another slice of bread.

Combine eggs, milk in a flat bowl. Dip both sides of sandwich in egg. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar. Garnish with cut strawberries.
