JAPANESE FRUIT PIE | |
1 c. sugar 1 stick butter Pinch of salt 2 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. seedless raisins 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell Mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs and vinegar. Add coconut, pecans and raisins; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
