BEEF ENCHILADAS | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 12 corn tortillas 1 medium onion fine chopped 2 c grated cheddar cheese 2 - 10 oz cans old El paso green enchilada sauce (mild) Cook beef and drain well soften tortillas fill with beef, cheese, and onion. Roll and place in baking dish. After all are placed in dish, pour over the enchilada sauce. Sprinkle remaining onion and lots of cheese. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until are very hot and cheese is melted. |
