FAVORITE SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches fresh spinach
3/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 jar artichoke hearts, optional

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. bacon drippings
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar

Shake to mix ingredients. Pour over spinach just before serving.
