STUFFING BALLS 
1 (20 oz.) loaf white bread, cubed
3 eggs
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
Pepper, as desired
8 oz. can chicken broth

Mix all ingredients. Form balls with ice cream scoop. Place in greased 9"x13" pan which is put in a pan of water. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
