FORGET-ME-NOT BLACKBERRY CUSTARD 
2 cups blackberries
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
milk (per pudding directions)

HOMEMADE PASTRY CRUST:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown or white sugar
2/3 cup butter, softened
1 egg

Put blackberries in a saucepan and mash. Put the pan on the heat and add sugar. Set aside to let cool.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom of an ungreased 11-inch pie pan. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown. Set aside.

Prepare instant pudding according to package directions. Add to crust then pour the blackberry mixture on top of that. Now ENJOY :)
