ZESTY CORN STUFFING BALLS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. butter
1 (17 oz.) can cream corn
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
3 eggs, beaten

Cook onion and celery in the 4 tablespoons butter until tender but not brown. Add corn, water, poultry seasoning, and pepper; bring to boil. Pour over stuffing mix; toss together. Stir in eggs. Shape into 7-8 balls. Place in pan. Pour melted butter over. Refrigerate. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
